Our hotel has digital locks that allows access from the entrance to the room. Each door has a smart lock with a high level of security. You will enter the front door of the hotel and your room by entering a PIN code that you will be provided with via email, only after you have paid for the accommodation. This system allows you to make the check-in without any assistance of the reception staff. You will find instructions right next to the doorlook. It’s very simple and convenient!

  Rates and policies For children up to 12 years old accommodation is free For children older than 12 years, as well as for adults, an additional fee of 150 lei / night will be charged. Credit cards accepted: Visa, Euro / Mastercard Cancellation and no-show policies: In case of cancellation 14 days in advance, the amount paid is refundable. In case of no-show, the amount paid is not refundable. For departures made before check-out time, the full value of the ordered accommodation services is charged. Useful information:

• Check-in time starting with 15:00

Access to the rooms will be made only by the pin code received by e-mail after payment.

• Check-out time no later than 11:00

At the set check-out time, the pin code will be reset automatically, you will be able to enter the room only if necessary, with the help of our staff.

• Smoking: Not allowed in the rooms
• Parking: Public paid parking at the University (we point to the map from the hotel to the university)
• Pets: Not allowed
