Stil Old Town is a unique location in Bucharest due to its layout and architectural features
The building”s entrance is on Gabroveni Street, registered in 2010 on the List of historical monuments in Bucharest.
The history of this street dates back to the end of the 19th century. The name of the street is derived from the name of the city of Gabrovo in Bulgaria, a city well known for its knives production, back in the past. The merchants who came here with such goods for the purpose of sale, created a small community in the area, and they were named "gabroveni", therefore the name of the street.
In 1893, "Mihalcea and Caragiale Brewery" was opened on this street, owned by the well-known playwright Ion Luca Caragiale, which is why this street is still known for its breweries.
Our building also dates back to 1905 and starting with 2016 followed a long process of rehabilitation and consolidation of the structure which was completed at the end of 2019.
The newly opened Old Town Style Hotel is waiting for you to enjoy the history of the city, once called The Little Paris. You also have pedestrian access to an entire gallery of shops, pubs, fast food restaurants, pizzerias, etc.
With the help of young designers with vision, we managed to keep or to reproduce the original architectural elements both outside and inside. The hotel has 4 categories of rooms: Junior Suite, Senior Suite, Petite Room and Romantic Room.
